Deliveries are typically Monday through Friday. Weekend delivery is not available.

International Orders: For orders outside the USA, we collect applicable sales taxes at checkout. Import duties, customs fees, or handling charges are not included and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for potential fees

When ordering internationally, customers have the option to choose between two shipping methods: DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) or DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). With DDU, import duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost and will need to be paid upon delivery, directly to the carrier or customs. On the other hand, with DDP, duties and taxes are prepaid as part of the shipping cost, ensuring a smoother and more seamless delivery experience with no additional payments upon arrival.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your StemSlider toolkit. If, for any reason, you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. You may return your toolkit within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original, unused condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns made after 14 days from the delivery date. Please note that customized or personalized items (such as those with engravings) are non-refundable.

Return Procedures:

Step 1: Check Your Items
Ensure your items are in it's original unused condition and in original packaging. Note: returns will not be accepted for items that are used or damaged.

Step 2: Review Our Return Policy
Once the returned merchandise is received, Koko Flora will refund the cost of the items, excluding the shipping fees. Please note that the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made in your order.

Step 3: Contact Us
Email us at info@kokoflora.com with your order number, name, and/or business name. We will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning your item. If you've already shipped your return, please include the tracking number(s) for your package.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your items. Your return package must be postmarked within this 14-day window to qualify for a refund. Delivery is defined by the tracking information showing the package as "Delivered."

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned via UPS, FedEx, or USPS (or your local post office for international shipping).

The original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

If your order was shipped with free shipping, the shipping cost paid by Koko Flora will also be deducted from your refund.

Returned items must be in new, unused, and saleable condition with their original packaging. If items are returned damaged, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Return Processing Time
Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund. Returns are usually processed within 10 business days after receipt. Refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your credit card provider.

Wrong Items Shipped
If we shipped the wrong items, Koko Flora will cover the shipping costs.

Customized or Personalized Items
All customized or personalized items (such as those with engravings) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items During Delivery
If your item was damaged during delivery, please report the damage to us within 2 days of receiving the package by email at info@kokoflora.com. Delivery is defined by the tracking information showing the package as "Delivered."

Be sure to include photos of both the damaged packaging and the item. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and once we receive it, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund. Shipping costs for damaged items will be covered by Koko Flora.
