Farm to Table Dinner with Mushrooms at Chatfield Hollow B&B
It was so much fun making 'Mushroom' centerpieces for the farm to table wine dinner hosted by Wine Institute of New England!! These beautiful and delicious Mushrooms are Shiitake, Bunashimeji, Trumpet mushrooms, Lobster mushrooms, Maitake, Matsutake, and golden Chanterelle which were grown at the beautiful venue & farm " Chatfield Hollow Bed and Breakfarst"!
When I received these Mushrooms ( they have so much flavor and gorgeous colors!) from Ken who is an owner of Chatfield Hollow Bed and Breakfast, I was so thrilled to make the centerpieces with these "Mushrooms".
I also harvested some vegetables such as mini tomatoes or peppers at the venue, and earthy colored Dahlias in the local farm.
It was a first time for me to create " Mushrooms + Vegitables + Flowers" centerpieces, but I really enjoyed making them for the farm to table dinner party!!
